Accounts Receivable: Process and record incoming payments from customers and clients. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices. Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and send customer statements and account summaries. Accounts Payable: Review, verify, and process invoices from vendors and suppliers. Ensure timely payment of bills and maintain accurate records of payments. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Assist with the preparation of payment runs and manage petty cash. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions in the accounting system. Prepare reports on accounts receivable and payable status for management review. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Compliance and Communication: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations. Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to address any issues or questions. Provide support during audits and assist with documentation as required. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving accounts receivable and payable processes. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
