Accounts Receivable & Payable Executive

Accounts Receivable:

• Process and record incoming payments from customers and clients.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and send customer statements and account summaries.

Accounts Payable:

• Review, verify, and process invoices from vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely payment of bills and maintain accurate records of payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Assist with the preparation of payment runs and manage petty cash.

Financial Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare reports on accounts receivable and payable status for management review.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Compliance and Communication:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to address any issues or questions.
• Provide support during audits and assist with documentation as required.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
