Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at IZI. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in marketing, particularly with a focus on social media engagement and user-generated content (UGC). This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Support Assist the marketing team in planning and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business goals. UGC Content Creation Plan and execute UGC (User-Generated Content) shoots independently. This includes scripting, filming, editing, and delivering high-quality video and photo content for digital platforms. Social Media Management Handle end-to-end social media execution – from ideation to scheduling to performance tracking. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and stay updated with the latest platform trends and algorithm changes. Influencer Management Coordinate with influencers for product collaborations, gifting, and paid partnerships. Assist in maintaining influencer relationships and tracking deliverables and campaign performance. Content Creation & Copywriting Write compelling social media copies, captions, taglines, and campaign scripts that align with brand voice and audience preferences. Collaborate with the design team to ensure strong visual storytelling. Content Development Support in storyboarding and conceptualizing marketing content for reels, campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promos. Work closely with graphic designers and video editors.
