Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly social media calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Create engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand guidelines
• Monitor trends and integrate them into the brand’s content strategy
• Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and short-form content
• Coordinate with the design and video teams to execute planned creatives
• Analyse platform insights and prepare performance reports
• Engage with the online community through comments, messages, and interactions
• Plan and execute small-scale social media campaigns and collaborations
• Assist in shooting behind-the-scenes content, office updates, and culture videos when needed
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube analytics & algorithms
• Ability to ideate and execute content independently
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite preferred)
• Good communication and copywriting skills
• Familiarity with trends, content formats, and social storytelling
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
