Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple clients.
• Understand client goals and create monthly content strategies aligned with their brand voice.
• Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior.

2. Content Planning & Coordination

• Plan monthly content calendars.
• Work closely with the graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to ensure timely delivery of posts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms.

3. Account Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts for clients.
• Upload and schedule posts with proper hashtags, captions, and creatives.
• Ensure all accounts are updated, optimized, and performing well.

4. Community Management

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms.
• Maintain a strong online presence and build community engagement.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track insights, analytics, and KPIs for each client.
• Share weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Recommend improvements and optimizations based on performance data.

6. Coordination & Communication

• Communicate with clients for approvals, updates, and deadlines.
• Maintain proper documentation of access, logins, and processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn & YouTube.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Creative thinking and a strong understanding of current social trends.
• Basic understanding of Canva, content briefs, and Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design and video teams.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
