Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Create & manage the monthly calendar with the team and ensure execution is completed daily according to timelines and requirements.
• Track trends, upcoming creators, topicals and new features to try new formats across content and channel.
• Manage product dispatches to creators & contest execution with multiple stakeholders across teams.
• To scout, lock & execute creator collaborations for Instagram own channels in a timely manner.
• To manage daily response management with the CRM team on DMs, comments, story tags and post tags. 
• To run the broadcast channel and manage daily posting and content for the same.
• Manage the daily, weekly & monthly content trackers & reports for all page metrics.
• To work with creators and internal teams on payments, invoices and execution on the same.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience. 
• A hustler who can work efficiently on tight timelines and multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Excellent project management abilities, with experience handling multiple tasks and deadlines. 
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams. 
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly execute tasks when needed. 
• Experience in relevant fields is preferred.
