Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and create engaging content for Facebook posts, WhatsApp Channels, and other social media platforms.

* Design and coordinate social media creatives, including static posts, reels, stories, and promotional graphics.

* Plan and execute monthly content calendars for all social media platforms.

* Monitor social media trends and update the strategy accordingly.

* Handle daily posting, scheduling, and performance tracking.

* Increase brand visibility and engagement through creative campaigns.

* Respond to comments, queries, and messages across platforms.

* Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning and digital promotions.

* Analyse performance reports and share insights for improvement.

Required Skills:

* Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Channels, and trending platforms.

* Basic graphic designing skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.

* Good understanding of social media analytics.

* Excellent communication and creativity skills.

* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification:

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).

* Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
