About the Role We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning content, posting, monitoring engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube). Work closely with the design and content teams to produce high-quality posts, carousels, reels, and stories. Track performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement) and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Engage with the online community—respond to comments, messages, and inquiries. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and viral content ideas. Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity across platforms. Support campaign launches, events, and announcements through social media activities. Collaborate with marketing for ad creatives and paid campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing. Strong understanding of all major social platforms and their algorithm basics. Ability to work with designers to conceptualize creatives and scripts. Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc. Strong communication and copywriting skills. Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions. Creative thinking, trend awareness, and the ability to generate fresh ideas. Preferred Attributes Understanding of B2B social media communication (especially LinkedIn). Experience with reels/short videos and basic video editing. Ability to multitask and work on tight deadlines. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create brand-aligned graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and other marketing materials. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, website banners, ads, and marketing campaigns. Develop visually compelling creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, emailers, and internal branding. Understand brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creatives on time. Create thumbnails, carousels, infographics, and communication creatives for campaigns. Edit and enhance images, icons, and visual assets. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required). Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva , and other design tools. Ability to handle both static and motion graphics (basic video editing is a plus). Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
