Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and shorts across Facebook Pages.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of content across Facebook pages in alignment with the content calendar.
• Monitor analytics including reach, engagement, CPM, RPM, and revenue.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Run and optimize ads, thumbnails, titles, tags, and placements.
• Ensure monetization compliance and maximize earnings.
• Grow followers and overall engagement.
• Manage comments and interactions to build community.
• Allocate budgets and track ROI for paid campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media platforms (FB, IG, YT).
• Strong understanding of algorithms, analytics, and monetization tools.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics.
• Creative thinker with strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate across teams.
