With a growing customer base and a strong brand identity, we’re now looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to take our digital presence to the next level. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, behind-the-scenes, styling tips, and customer moments in-store. Editing: Edit engaging reels, stories, and posts using tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar. Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Community Engagement: Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with followers to grow our online community. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with current fashion and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant. Campaigns & Collaborations: Assist in influencer outreach, promotions, and social media campaigns to drive footfall and online sales. Analytics: Track performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach. Requirements Proven experience managing social media accounts, especially for fashion or retail brands. Strong photography and video skills (smartphone-based or camera). Creative mindset with attention to aesthetic and brand tone. Familiar with social media tools and apps for editing and scheduling. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Passion for fashion and understanding of boutique-style branding. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of social media or content creation experience. Basic graphic design skills (bonus). Familiarity with paid ads or boosting posts (bonus).
