Role Overview

As a Social Media Executive, you will be the voice of our brand across digital platforms. You’ll craft compelling content, engage with our audience, and amplify our message to promote solar energy awareness and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, infographics) tailored to each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
• Monitor trends in renewable energy and incorporate them into content
• Manage daily posting schedules and community engagement
• Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign execution
• Track performance metrics and generate monthly analytics reports
• Respond to customer queries and comments in a timely, brand-consistent manner
• Support influencer collaborations and paid ad campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management (preferably in energy, sustainability, or tech sectors)
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content best practices
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Passion for sustainability and renewable energy

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
