The Role:

We are seeking a proactive individual to manage our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube). You will be the voice of our brand, responsible for curating content that drives engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Content Creation: Write compelling captions, create basic visuals, and coordinate with the design team for high-quality assets.

Community Management: Engage with our audience, respond to comments/messages professionally, and build community relationships.

Analytics: Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and generate monthly reports to optimize strategy.

Trend Spotting: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

Strong understanding of social media KPIs and SEO.

Excellent writing and editing skills in English (Knowledge of Tamil/Tanglish is a plus).

Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
