Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive. The position is located in South Delhi. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, optimizing content for social media, managing daily social media posts, monitoring and responding to audience interactions, and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing goals.

We’re looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy *Social Media Executive* to assist in managing and growing CEOITBOX’s digital presence. You’ll handle day-to-day posting, engagement, and basic content creation while working closely with the design and marketing teams.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

* Social Media Management — posting, seeding, stories, engagement, DMs & comment replies.

* Coordinate with design & content teams for campaigns and reels.

* Maintain and track performance reports on Google Sheets.

* Assist in ideation & execution of marketing campaigns.

* Engage with audiences across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

Tech Savvy: Google Sheets (basic formulas), Windows Pro

Graphic Design & Video Editing:* Basic knowledge (any software)

AI Savvy:* Should know tools like *Nano Banana, VEO 3, SORA 2, Canva, Gamma, Freepik*, etc.

Content Creation & Copywriting:* Passionate about writing engaging and original content

Hands-on experience with AI content tools like Heygen or similar.
