Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Coordinate with the design team for posts, stories, and reels. Write engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions. Stay updated with trends and recommend new ideas (reels, memes, audio trends). Schedule and manage posts using tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite. Monitor performance (likes, shares, reach, engagement) and report analytics weekly. Interact with followers and build community engagement. Collaborate with influencers when required. Required Skills: Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn Creative thinking with a good eye for aesthetics Good English writing skills – captions, hooks, and storytelling Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools is a plus Experience with social media scheduling tools Bonus: Short-form video editing (mobile tools like CapCut, InShot, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
