Social Media Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team. This role requires someone who can manage multiple brand handles, create engaging campaigns, and drive measurable growth across platforms. You’ll work closely with our content, design, and video teams to ensure consistent and impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan monthly calendars and ensure timely posting with the design and video teams.
• Write engaging and platform-specific captions, copies, and short-form content.
• Track social media trends and suggest creative ways to adapt them for our brand.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, DMs, and community building.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency in visuals and messaging.
• Support paid campaigns with performance insights and execution.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in managing social media for brands/agencies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content formats.
• Ability to write crisp, creative, and engaging copies.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
• A good eye for content aesthetics and understanding of what works online.
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple accounts.
• Exposure to tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of trends and pop culture.
