Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
• Manage social media engagement: respond to comments, messages, and audience queries.
• Run paid campaigns (Facebook Ads/Instagram Ads) —

  preferred but not mandatory

• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.
• Track performance metrics for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve brand visibility and growth.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience

  as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and trending formats.
• Strong skills in content writing, creative thinking, and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a strong eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media ads and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of hashtags strategy, audience targeting, and engagement boosting methods.
• Basic understanding of SEO and online reputation management.
