Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support

Requirements

• Education

  : Graduate degree in any field preferred.

• Experience

  : 0 to 1 year of experience in customer support or sales roles.

• Skills

  :
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
