About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth efforts. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to take full ownership of our brand’s digital presence from the ground up. You’ll manage our social media channels, run ad campaigns, build brand awareness, and drive traffic and sales through smart, relevant marketing strategies. Responsibilities Social Media Create and manage content for Instagram and LinkedIn , including reels, posts, stories, and product highlights. Plan, schedule, and publish content to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence. Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community feedback in a timely, friendly manner. Digital Marketing Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram). Support ongoing SEO efforts to improve website visibility and search rankings. Conceptualize and produce ad creatives —including copy, visuals, and short-form videos—that resonate and convert. Track campaign performance and use data insights to optimize for better results. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in social media and digital m arketing.Stron g working knowledge of Insta gram, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads.A cr e ative eye and confidence in basic content creation—copywriting, design, and short video.Famil iarity with SEO f undamentals and content marketing.Someo ne who takes initiative, experiments, learns quickly, and thrives with ownership. Please note: This is a hybrid role combining social media management with hands-on digital marketing, ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and building from the ground up.
