Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and high-quality graphic content tailored for various social media channels
• Conceptualize and develop designs aligned with company goals and current social trends
• Interpret design briefs and define project requirements
• Ideate innovative concepts for topical events and special days
• Present concepts, drafts, and finished designs to the team for feedback
• Maintain consistency in design elements, including colors, style, and messaging across all content
• Test visuals across multiple devices to ensure performance and quality
• Collaborate with Social Media Executives to grow the brand’s online presence
• Monitor design performance and suggest improvements based on key metrics

Role Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Strong creativity and originality in design
• Experience in using modern AI tools for content creation
• Ability to produce animated graphics, GIFs, and short-form video content
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and how design supports business objectives
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capable of working independently as well as within a collaborative team environment
