Social Media Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience designing content specifically for social platforms. The role requires a strong visual sensibility, deep understanding of Instagram-first design, and the ability to translate brand stories into high-impact social content. This position works closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, launches, and presentations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design engaging static posts, carousel creatives, stories, and reel layouts, with a strong focus on Instagram
• Create visually compelling reel covers, motion-led layouts, and graphic frameworks
• Adapt designs across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest while maintaining brand consistency
• Develop presentation decks (campaign pitches, content plans, reports) to support the marketing and leadership team
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and social teams to translate briefs into platform-appropriate visuals
• Stay updated on social media design trends, formats, and best practices, especially IG

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience as a Social Media Designer or a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first design (Instagram is essential)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma / Canva (advanced use)
• Solid understanding of aspect ratios, typography for social, visual hierarchy, and engagement-led design
• Ability to design reel frames, carousel storytelling formats, and interactive story layouts
• Experience creating professional, visually refined presentation and product pitch decks
• Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and attention to detail
