Senior Travel Designer

As a Travel Operations Specialist in the luxury/meta-luxury segment, you will be responsible for servicing clients seeking experiential holidays. Your role will involve curating customized holiday plans for destinations including Europe, the Americas, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. This will require thorough research and in-depth destination knowledge to provide a personalized experience for each client. Additionally, you will attend trade shows and supplier meets to onboard new suppliers and products, enhancing the international portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Servicing clients in the luxury/meta-luxury segment by curating customized holiday plans - Conducting thorough research and utilizing in-depth destination knowledge - Attending trade shows and supplier meets to onboard new suppliers and products Qualifications Required: - Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in B2C Travel Operations - Good destination and product knowledge, including visa, ticketing, and forex functions - In-depth knowledge of curating holidays worldwide, with luxury product knowledge as an added advantage - Experience in designing and costing intimate celebrations, corporate retreats, and small groups - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, troubleshoot, and think independently - Excellent communication skills and high organizational skills The company offers you the opportunity to work with a diverse group of talented individuals in the travel industry, ranging from new professionals to well-seasoned experts.
