About the Role: As a Holiday Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our team by selling customized holiday packages with a specific focus on Asia and European destinations. Your main responsibilities will include tailoring holiday packages to meet client preferences, providing expert travel advice, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process. You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with other teams to deliver seamless travel experiences. Your knowledge of Asia and Europe travel trends will be essential to provide the best recommendations to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Sell customized holiday packages to Asia and European destinations, personalized to meet client preferences and needs. - Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, offering expert travel advice. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their travel desires are understood and met. - Provide end-to-end assistance, from package selection to booking and post-sales support. - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients. - Stay updated on Asia and Europe travel trends, including destinations, accommodation, and activities. Must-Have Qualifications: - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in selling Asia and Europe travel packages. - Proven expertise in handling Indian clients and delivering high-quality service. - Strong knowledge of Asia and European travel destinations, packages, and attractions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and sell travel experiences. - Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
