Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Business Development Executive specializing in Holidays to become a valuable member of our expanding travel department. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting and selling tailored domestic and international holiday packages, fostering strong client connections, and achieving monthly sales objectives. An in-depth knowledge of travel destinations and holiday planning is essential for this role. Your duties will involve: - Marketing and selling personalized domestic and international holiday packages, both FIT & GIT. - Grasping customer needs to recommend appropriate travel itineraries and holiday choices. - Managing inbound leads and actively pursuing potential clients to secure agreements. - Maintaining a high conversion rate and reaching set sales goals. - Cultivating and sustaining partnerships with B2C or B2B customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Collaborating with suppliers (hotels, transport providers, DMCs) to ensure competitive rates and top-notch service. - Staying informed about travel trends, visa regulations, airline policies, and popular holiday spots. - Addressing client concerns, handling inquiries, and delivering post-sales assistance when necessary. Desired Skills and Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline. - Preferably 2-5 years of experience in holiday package sales. - Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Knowledge of various destinations and personal travel experience is advantageous. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and travel booking platforms. - Goal-driven with strong organizational and time management proficiencies. - Immediate availability is a prerequisite. - Demonstrated background in the Holiday/Travel sector is mandatory. This is a full-time role with a day shift schedule.
