Business Development- Holidays

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive – Holidays to join our growing travel team. The role involves selling domestic and international holiday packages, building strong client relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets. The candidate should have a deep understanding of travel destinations and holiday planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages (FIT & GIT).
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel itineraries and holiday options.
• Handle inbound leads and proactively follow up with potential clients to close deals.
• Maintain a strong conversion rate and meet defined sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with B2C or B2B clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transport vendors, DMCs) to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
• Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, airline rules, and popular holiday destinations.
• Resolve client issues, handle queries, and provide after-sales support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in selling holiday packages is preferred.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Good destination knowledge and travel experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and travel booking portals.
• Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
