We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic travel sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling travel packages , handling inbound/outbound inquiries, and converting leads into bookings. A strong understanding of domestic and international destinations, along with a passion for travel and sales, is essential. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming travel inquiries via phone, email, or web platforms and convert them into confirmed bookings. Understand customer requirements and recommend travel products (flights, hotels, packages, visa, insurance, etc.). Proactively follow up with leads , provide quotations, and close deals. Maintain client data in CRM and ensure timely responses and updates. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and airline promotions to upsell relevant offerings. Build strong relationships with repeat clients and generate referrals. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality). 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or B2C travel sales . Good knowledge of international/domestic destinations, visa norms, flights, and hotel bookings. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus. Ability to work with CRM tools , maintain accurate records, and handle multiple leads.
