Senior Travel Consultant

Role Overview: - You will be responsible for servicing clients in the luxury/meta-luxury segment, specializing in experiential holidays. Your role will involve curating customized holiday plans for various destinations including Europe, the Americas, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. This will require thorough research and in-depth destination knowledge. Additionally, you will attend trade shows and supplier meets to onboard new suppliers and products to enhance the international portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Curate customized holiday plans for clients in the luxury/meta-luxury segment - Conduct thorough research and maintain in-depth destination knowledge - Attend trade shows and supplier meets to onboard new suppliers and products Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in B2C Travel Operations - Good destination and product knowledge, including Visa, Ticketing, and Forex - In-depth understanding of curating holidays worldwide, with knowledge of luxury products being an added advantage - Experience in designing and costing intimate celebrations, corporate retreats, and small groups preferred - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, troubleshoot independently, and communicate effectively - Strong organizational skills and a solid work ethic Additional Company Details: - In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a group of talented individuals in the travel industry, ranging from newcomers to seasoned professionals.
