Senior Travel Consultant

You are urgently hiring Travel Consultant for a reputed Dubai based travel company in Ahmedabad. As a Travel Consultant, your main responsibility will be to ensure quick response to client queries, manage client feedback in a calm and professional manner, and maintain positive client and supplier relationships. You will also be responsible for managing change, liaising across all internal departments, monitoring Key Performance Indicators of GDS Operation, handling escalations, and increasing productivity and efficiency of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Profound knowledge in Galileo & Amadeus - Experience in PNR creation, issue, reissue, rerouting, etc. - Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills - Managing client feedback and relationships with Airlines, GDS, NDC Operators - Demonstrating adaptability and managing change effectively - Liaising across all internal departments for seamless coordination - Monitoring Key Performance Indicators of GDS Operation and handling escalations - Increasing productivity and efficiency of the team Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the same capacity - Candidates working in Travel Agencies are preferred - Flexible to work in rotational shift Please note that the job location is Ahmedabad (Thaltej) and it is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule.
