Social media cum marketing executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media cum Marketing Executive to manage the company’s online presence and support marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, managing social media platforms, and assisting in both online and offline marketing activities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Monitor trends, analyze performance, and optimize social media strategies to improve engagement and reach
• Respond to followers and build an active online community
• Manage collaborations, influencer marketing, and social media campaigns

Marketing & Branding:

• Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
• Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives, videos, and promotional materials
• Assist in organizing events, photoshoots, exhibitions, or promotional activities
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI

Digital Marketing:

• Work on email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Manage website updates, blogs, and product promotions
• Track marketing metrics and provide insights for improvement

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in social media and marketing roles
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and similar platforms
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
