Role Overview

Social Media & Creatives Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design and publish daily content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
• Create thumb-stopping posts, carousels, and reels using Canva, CapCut, and AI design tools (Midjourney, Sora, etc.)
• Work with our performance marketing team to test and optimize ad creatives
• Develop campaign visuals for live classes, events, tutor showcases, and admissions success stories
• Repurpose content for different formats and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn to Instagram Reel, blog to carousel)
• Monitor trends, hooks, and performance metrics to guide creative strategy
• Collaborate with advisors, sales, and product teams to align content with campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of hands-on content design and social media experience
• Super fluent in

  Canva

  , and at least one AI creative tool like

  Midjourney, Sora, or Runway

• Experience creating performance-focused creatives (especially Instagram Reels and LinkedIn carousels)
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and layout instincts
• Bonus: experience working with student/parent audiences or EdTech brands
• Comfortable owning both content strategy and day-to-day execution
