About the Role

Social Media Marketing Associate

You’ll work closely with influencers, video editors, and the ads team to create content that doesn’t just scroll — it sells.

What You’ll Do

• Research viral

  UGC

  and

  influencer content

• Write short, engaging scripts aligned with the brand’s tone
• Coordinate with influencers and video editors to deliver final assets
• Upload content to Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.
• Assist with uploading creatives to

  Meta Ads Manager

  and

  Google Ads

• Track content performance and iterate based on results
  

What We’re Looking For

• 0.5–2 years of experience in

  social media marketing

  ,

  influencer marketing

  , or

  content production

• Strong understanding of

  Instagram Reels

  ,

  YouTube Shorts

  , and

  UGC trends

• Scripting and content writing skills
• Familiarity with Meta/Google ad platforms is a plus
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Comfortable working full-time from our Gurgaon office (Monday–Friday)
