Social Media Content Manager

As a Social Media Content Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how the company communicates with the world. This position is focused on brand-first approach, growth strategies, and storytelling techniques rather than digital marketing or performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include leading brand campaigns, crafting compelling content narratives for social, web, and PR channels, managing influencer and creator relationships, creating a content calendar, and using CRM and analytics insights to measure brand perception. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in brand, strategy, or creative roles within FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce brands. You should possess a strong track record in brand-building and have experience working with agencies, influencers, and creators. A deep understanding of how brands grow through storytelling and a keen eye for aesthetics and platform-specific language are essential for this position. Additionally, having a strong network in the creative/brand/agency world or a recognizable personal brand online would be advantageous.
