About the Role:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Content Creator & Handler to manage and grow our client’s digital presence across platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and showcasing our real estate projects to attract potential buyers, investors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) to promote real estate projects, property listings, and brand campaigns.
• Handle day-to-day management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

• Run paid ad campaigns on social media platforms to generate leads.
• Monitor analytics and prepare monthly reports on engagement, growth, and ROI.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain customer engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and competitor activities in the real estate sector.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in social media management and content creation, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing tools).
• Experience in running paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred).

• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to convert project details into engaging content.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
