Social Media Content Creator

About Us:
Indian Institute of Fashion & Design (IIFD) is a premier design institute with campuses in Chandigarh and Mohali. We are looking for a creative professional who can produce engaging content, manage our social media presence, and bring our brand vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Handle raw shoots during events, classes, student showcases, and campus activities.
• Edit reels, short videos, and promotional clips with strong storytelling and trend awareness.
• Create eye-catching graphics, posts, and stories aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage day-to-day posting, captions, hashtags, and engagement on all IIFD social media pages.
• Track performance of posts and campaigns, providing regular insights and ideas for growth.
• Stay updated with current trends in social media, design, and education industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor, content creator, or similar role.
• Strong skills in any editing software.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio setup.
• Ability to shoot and edit both long-form and short-form video content.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and social media trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Prior experience handling social media accounts is preferred.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate in Media, Design, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in content creation/video editing.

Pay: ₹9,710.00 - ₹32,939.00 per month
