Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator located in Hyderabad. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing sports activities and tournaments, managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring smooth event operations. Additional duties include handling customer service inquiries, maintaining communication with clients, and supporting the sales team in promoting events and securing participation. Qualifications Event Planning and Event Management skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Sales experience and ability to support promotional activities Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad. Experience in the sports or events industry is a plus
