Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, skilled in creating engaging content for social media, websites, and digital platforms, and capable of collaborating with videographers, Clients, and editors to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute creative content reel video across digital platforms (*Instagram*, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Write engaging copy for posts, captions, blogs, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with videographers and editors to produce high-quality videos and reels.
• Research industry-related topics, trends, and competitor activities to generate innovative content ideas.
• Assist in content planning, scriptwriting, and storyboarding for campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all content.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements to enhance reach and engagement.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Tamil (and regional languages preferred).
• Creativity with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
• Basic knowledge of content editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc. is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Clients, video editors, and marketing teams.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in content creation / social media management (freshers with strong creative skills and experience in Content creation are welcome).
