MedoPlus has also launched chain of modern rural clinics in Uttar Pradesh , offering OPD consultations, medicines, diagnostics, eye care, dental care, day care, health insurance, health loans, Ayushmann Bharat services, etc. Looking ahead, MedoPlus plans to establish 100 clinics across India over the next three years. Job Summary: We are seeking a young dynamic and innovative Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging, on-brand content that supports our digital marketing strategies for rural area. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to create rural and healthcare based content which can attract various segment of rural population who use platforms like Facebook, Insta, whatsApp, Youtube, etc. Have good understanding of social media platforms, marketing communication, audience engagement, and the ability to conceptualize and produce compelling content across formats. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative content ideas for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) aligned with digital, BTL, and ATL campaigns. Collaborate with the business and healthcare teams to take inputs for focused campaigns. Plan and produce high-quality visual and written content (reels, stories, posts, banners, short videos, etc.). Support the execution of BTL campaigns (camps, events, activations, promotions, HAAT, School, colleges etc) by creating relevant pre-, during-, and post-event content and take feedbacks on the understanding of creatives by the audience. Plan and devise strategy for social media campaigns so as to enhance transactions. Continuously research competitors and social media for creating innovative content. Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets and alignment with campaign timelines. Work closely with designers, videographers, and influencers as needed. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role Strong portfolio of original content across social media platforms College students with relevant experience will be preferred Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite etc. Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team under tight deadlines Knowledge of analytics tools and performance-driven content strategy Passion to work for the upliftment of rural India Preferred Skills: Exposure to influencer marketing Any experience of crating contents to enhance digital transactions will be preferred Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field For more details, please visit our website: www.medoplus.in.
