We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. A creative designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics, reels and content for a variety of media.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding social media marketing and how the AI can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. You will play a critical role in shaping our clients experiences and perceptions, from the products people use to the advertisements they see. you will be much more than someone who knows how to use design software. You will work with clients to understand their needs and expectations and then create designs that communicate a message or solve a problem in a visually appealing way. You must develop unique ideas that stand out in a crowded marketplace, which requires creativity, imagination, and the willingness to take risks.
Job Role:
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives and translate them into visual and video content for social media marketing.
Work on content message and packaging, ensuring it is aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Insta, Quora etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Meta business suite, Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Skills Requirements:
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with B2C social media and campaigns (Organic and In-organic)
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Meta business suite, Google Analytics, MOZ, WebTrends etc.)
Hands-on experience on AI tools for content creation and generation for social media campaigns
Proficiency in design and video software
Creativity: Must be able to think outside the box and produce unique and innovative solutions to design challenges.
Attention to detail: Posts and reels often involves working with tiny details that can significantly affect a project's overall campaigns impact and message. You should be able to pay close attention to these details and ensure that everything looks exactly right.
Communication skills: Must be able to express clearly, both in written form and verbally. Communication is crucial as misunderstandings can be expensive—you may need to iterate more times than necessary or even redo everything from scratch, which will cost time and money and strain client relations.
Passion for design: This means staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field while pursuing your interests and passions in design.
Branding: You need to understand key components that make a brand and how they work together to communicate with an intended audience.
Designing for different media: Familiar with techniques and materials for designing digital and print media.
Creating reels and videos for social media platforms - Facebook, Insta, whatsapp and Youtube for products/services promotions and targeted campaigns.
Proven graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of social media posts, gifs, reels and viral videos
Experience on design software, tools and technologies (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe after effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
Work methodically and meet deadlines
Organizational skills
Education:
Degree in Design, social media marketing or related field
Ability to commute/relocate:
Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
