Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit high-performing Instagram Reels featuring pets, pet parents, and product stories.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, audio, and formats — and apply them fast.
Work with marketing and design teams to align content with ongoing campaigns and brand messaging.
Capture behind-the-scenes moments, customer interactions, and spontaneous pet moments.
Manage end-to-end content production — from ideation and scripting to post-production and publishing.
Regularly analyze performance and tweak content strategies to improve engagement.

Must-Haves

Proficient in short-form video shooting & mobile-first editing (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, etc.)
Excellent understanding of Instagram and other short-form platforms (YouTube Shorts, etc.)
A genuine love for animals — especially dogs and cats
Creativity, adaptability, and comfort working in fast-paced content environments
Comfortable being on-camera or filming others (team, pets, customers)
A portfolio or Instagram profile that shows your visual style and storytelling skills

Bonus Points If You

Have worked with D2C or lifestyle brands
Are a pet parent yourself
Know how to use trending sounds before they hit mainstream
Have experience with memes, viral audio adaptations, or platform cross-posting
