Position: Social Media Content creator (on site) Location: India, New Delhi, Okhla Phase III, Tower C Max House Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team. This role is responsible for creating and managing engaging digital content that attracts target audiences and promotes our brand or products. The ideal candidate will possess strong content creation skills and be able to integrate digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and user engagement across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: l Develop and execute content strategy aligned with company goals to increase brand awareness and user engagement. l Create unique, compelling, and innovative digital content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio for websites, social media (e.g. Amazon, TikTok), email campaigns, and other platforms. l Collaborate with the international marketing team and other stakeholders to coordinate brand promotions (paid Ads) and marketing campaigns. l Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to ensure content is relevant and engaging. l Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure the effectiveness of online initiatives. l Edit, proofread, and optimize content to meet company standards and SEO requirements. l Manage content distribution channels, including social media platforms and other online channels. l Monitor content performance and provide optimization recommendations based on data analysis. Qualifications and skills: l Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. l Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital content creation, digital marketing, or a related field. l Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and platforms. l Proficiency in content management systems and digital marketing tools. l Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms. l Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. l Ability to work independently and as part of a team. l Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. l Familiarity with design software (e.g., AI, PS) and video editing tools is a must.
