You’ll be responsible for coordinating content, managing timelines, and ensuring our brand voice shines across platforms—especially YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Your experience in digital marketing, branding, content creation will make you successful in this role. Your key roles and responsibilities will include: Content Coordination & Scheduling Work closely with internal teams and external service partners (designers, videographers, agencies) to ensure timely delivery and posting of content Maintain and manage a detailed content calendar across platforms Ensure brand consistency and quality across all published content Platform Management Assist in managing and growing Chrysalis’ presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms Upload and optimize content for each platform, including thumbnails, tags, and descriptions YouTube Focus Monitor multiple YouTube channels. their performance using analytics tools Suggest improvements for video titles, thumbnails, and metadata to boost visibility Coordinate YouTube promotions and cross-platform campaigns Community Engagement Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner Monitor audience sentiment and flag key insights to the team Analytics & Reporting Track and report on key metrics like engagement, reach, follower growth, and video performance Use insights to suggest improvements and content ideas Show more Show less
