Job Description

We’re Hiring: Social Media & Ads Specialist!

FinnishLine, a registered student recruitment company in Finland & India, is looking for a results-driven and creative Social Media & Ads Specialist to take our digital marketing to the next level!

Your Role:

  • Plan and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns for maximum reach and conversions.
  • Create and optimize ad creatives and landing pages that capture student interest.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and implement data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute powerful lead-generation strategies.
  • Manage and grow FinnishLine’s digital presence through smart targeting and retargeting.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AdSense.
  • Understands performance marketing, CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Is creative, analytical, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset.
  • Can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns independently.
  • Experience in the education or overseas study sector is a big plus!
