You must know how to reach the right people, with the right message, at the right time. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: 🎯 Plan, create, and manage Facebook Ad Campaigns focused on lead generation at a low cost per lead (CPL). 📊Analyze and optimize ads for performance, conversions, and ROI using advanced audience targeting. 🔍 Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to build strategic targeting funnels. 🧠 Implement strategies for organic lead generation through Facebook groups, page engagement, and community building. ✍️ Write effective ad copy and create engaging visuals (with design support if needed). 💡 Run A/B tests on ads, targeting sets, creatives, and placements to continually improve results. 📈 Provide regular reports on performance metrics and actionable insights for continuous improvement. 🤝 Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure cohesive brand messaging. ✅ Requirements: ✔ Proven experience in running Facebook Ads with low cost-per-lead (CPL) for various industries. ✔ Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Pixel integration, and lead form creation. ✔ Experience with organic lead generation through content marketing and community engagement. ✔ Expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation. ✔ Good knowledge of Facebook algorithm updates, ad policies, and compliance. ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ✔ Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
