Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Social Listening Executive to join our Martech & Data Science team. In this role, you will monitor, analyse, and derive actionable insights from digital conversations to strengthen our clients’ online reputation, inform strategies, and drive business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse social media conversations to identify trends, sentiments, and emerging topics relevant to client brands.
  • Generate comprehensive reports with clear observations, recommendations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilise social listening tools such as Konnect Insights, Locobuzz, Meltwater, Salesforce Social Studio, etc., to gather and analyse data efficiently.
  • Conduct campaign analyses to measure digital performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social listening insights with client objectives and marketing initiatives.
  • Proactively identify potential issues or risks in digital activities and recommend timely solutions.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry best practices, tools, and emerging technologies in social listening.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of CRM systems to integrate insights with broader customer data.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social listening with a strong focus on data analysis and insight generation.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Konnect Insights, Locobuzz, Meltwater, Salesforce Social Studio, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems; prior experience working with CRM platforms is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Previous exposure to WhatsApp Business Enterprise platforms is preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a marketing or digital agency environment is desirable.
