Role: Social Media Marketing Manager (On-Site – Jaipur)

full-time, on-site

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end social media strategy — from planning and execution to performance optimization. The role requires strong campaign management capabilities, creative content development, and an analytical approach to drive measurable results across social and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and implement paid social campaigns and collaborate on media planning.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; generate actionable insights.
• Engage and grow the online community through consistent communication and brand voice.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social and digital media.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of agency experience

  in

  real estate

  and/or

  hospitality

  domains (mandatory).
• Proficient in Social Media Marketing, Digital Campaign Management, and Media Planning.
• Strong understanding of content trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Lumen5, etc.) for content creation, analytics, and automation.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative thinker with an innovative approach to solving marketing challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
