Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for leading product execution for Automotive/Consumer/Industrial ASIL-B/D SoCs. This includes working with architects and systems engineering to define the part, generating and analyzing data to make architecture decisions, and collaborating with IP, Technology, and packaging partners to assess the right options. Additionally, you will work with various SoC functions to resolve inter/intra functional handoff challenges, oversee definition management, and ensure implementation compliance with requirements. It is important to closely work with downstream teams, Test and Product engineering teams, and post-silicon evaluation teams to address design issues and enable productization. Your role will also involve collaborating with the Program management office to manage dependencies and resources effectively, create predictable project plans, and mentor engineers across various functions. Cross Functional Aspects: Your role will involve leading cross functional teams throughout the entire process. This includes close interaction with Business, Systems, Architects, and third-party IP vendors during part definition. During execution, you will collaborate with Technology, packaging, IP, Architecture, Various implementation functions, Test and Product Engineering. Post silicon, you will work closely with Software, Test and production engineering, Application and Field teams. As the Chip lead, you will be the central design point of contact for all cross functional teams associated with the part. Job Qualifications: - Bachelors in engineering with 15 years of design development experience, with at least 5 years of leading complete design and/or design functions. - MS in Electrical Engineering preferred (higher level education may substitute for some experience). - Experience in leading Global cross functional teams - Experience in leading designs in smaller geometries desired,
