Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of branch banking customers, including individuals and small businesses

Provide personalized financial solutions and advisory services to meet the diverse needs of customers

Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to deepen customer relationships

Collaborate with other teams within the bank to deliver a seamless customer experience

Contribute to the achievement of branch and team performance targets

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling to provide tailored solutions to customers

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
