Role Overview: As a Business Analyst Sustainability at Bunge Global Business Services in Mohali, Punjab, India, you will play a crucial role in gathering requirements and providing subject matter expertise for various products and teams. Your primary responsibility will be to enable full visibility of Bunge's Sustainability and Finance KPIs, facilitating business intelligence and analytics by transforming business and process data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a Functional and Subject Matter Expert in Sustainability, ESG, International Disclosure frameworks, and Sustainability Standards. - Engage with business stakeholders, conduct workshops, and capture detailed business requirements. - Create user stories for Analytics Solution, review functional specifications, conduct SME Validation, and design UAT Test Cases. - Facilitate UAT and provide clarifications to business users, ensuring closures per workflow. - Lead client engagements, oversee ESG Reporting, and Sustainability Analytics work-streams. - Gather requirements, conduct UAT, and work with the operations team to streamline technical processes. - Manage engagement economics, ensure high-quality deliverables, and lead the execution of projects. Qualifications Required: - Strong competency in tools such as Jira/ADO, MS Teams, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, Tableau/Power BI, SAP, and ESG accounting. - Solid understanding of sustainability/industrial/supply chain or finance domain, business intelligence/reporting, data analysis, and visualization. - Technical skills including the ability to write complex calculations, BRDs, and data modeling. - Experience with BI, Reporting, Analysis, Data Visualization, and Visual Storytelling. - Masters in ESG/Sustainability or equivalent from a premier institute/university. - 3 to 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience. - Professional certifications in GRI/SASB/IR/TCFD/CDP/BRSR will be advantageous.
