Job Summary

The SME-RCM Customer & PT Services role is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer service operations within our organization. With a focus on payer domain expertise the candidate will utilize their skills in MS Word and MS Excel to enhance service delivery. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to managing customer interactions and improving service efficiency during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Oversee customer service operations to ensure high-quality interactions and satisfaction.
Utilize MS Word and MS Excel to create and manage reports that track service performance.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.
Analyze customer feedback to develop strategies for enhancing service delivery.
Implement best practices in customer service to align with company objectives.
Coordinate with the payer domain to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Provide training and support to team members on effective customer service techniques.
Monitor service metrics to ensure compliance with company standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
Lead initiatives to streamline service processes and reduce response times.
Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
Adapt to changing customer needs and adjust service strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

Possess strong skills in MS Word and MS Excel for effective data management.
