Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

10 yrs of experience in Academic Service Industry

At least 4 years of experience managing SMEs, Faculty or Vendor experience in Academic Services

Bachelor s degree in business or marketing

Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues of SME

Managing Stakeholders - Internal & External

Good command over English both written and spoken

Good command over Hindi

Proficiency in Microsoft suite

Good-to-Have

Good network within the Educational domain

Knowledge of assessment framework

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Establish clear channels of communication with Subject Matter Expert and set expectations for regular updates and feedback.

Identify and plan innovative programs to engage with SMEs on regular basis

Create a positive experience for SMEs

Collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Proactively identification of areas for improvement in SME Engagement
