Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal/Headmistress located in the Mohali district. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing daily school operations, developing and implementing educational programs, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and policies. The role includes managing staff, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment, monitoring student progress, and liaising with parents, staff, and stakeholders to promote the school's vision and mission. The Principal will also be involved in strategic planning and budgeting to ensure the efficient functioning of the institution.

• Experience in curriculum planning, school administration, and staff management
• Effective communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative school culture
• Proficiency in using educational technology for administration and learning enhancement
• Knowledge of educational policies, compliance standards, and best practices in school leadership
• Advanced degree in Education, School Administration, or a related field
• Proven track record of successful leadership in an educational setting
